Diablo 2 LOD Character Set-Up Guide - MF Blizzard Sorc

This is thesecond page of the sorceress section of my geplete Character Set-Up Guide in okay. The character which I am going to discuss is the most gemonly-used one - Magic Finding Blizzard Sorceress.
For the ease of your reading, I use summary format to describe all the details, (1) basic information, (2) stats distribution, (3) skill allocation, (4) gear requirements, (5) inventory, (6) hirelings, (7) Strategic Advices and (8) best magic finding locations.
(1) Basic Information
Many Diablo 2 players have at least one blizzard sorceress in their account because they believe that it is not hard to set up a decent one and the gear is not so expensive and rare. There is right or wrong for or against this argument. I personally would advise you to build one but would not regemend you only use blizzard sorceress to do magic finding ("MF"). Having one MF hammerdin on top of a blizzard sorceress will be an excellent choice among all.
(2) Stats Distribution

Strength: Around 156 points on strengths (inclusive with the boosted stats points from items you wear and charms you carry in the inventory) is just good enough for the sorceress to wear all necessary items, such as ISTed stormshield or 4xISTed Monarch.
Dexterity: 75 points on dexterity(inclusive with the boosted stats points from items you wear and charms you carry in the inventory)
Energy: Around 100(also inclusive with the boosted stats points from items you wear and charms you carry in the inventory)
Vitality: The remaining points of your stats should be put here to boost her life.
(3) Skills Allocation

Ice Bolt= 20 (before any skill point added by your gear)
Ice Blast = 20 (Ditto)
Glacial Spike= 20 (Ditto)
Blizzard = 20 (Ditto)
Static= 1
Teleport= 1
Warmth = 1 or few points more on your own preference.
Energy Shield = 1
Prequisites for above = 1 for telekinesis, 1 for chain lightning,1 for lightning,1 for charged bolt,1 for frost nova.
Frozen or shiver armor = I personally don't regemend you add any point on these two as your act 2 hireling will be able to freeze your enemies and protect you against cold-immune monsters PLUS that the points you save from here can be added to other more-important skills, like cold mastery and warmth, which enhances your chance of survival.
Rest to be invested on Cold Mastery
(4) Gears Requirements (Best Option)

Helm - Harlequin Shako socketed with perfect topaz or ist rune
Amulet -Perfect 30% mara, fletch amulet, +2 to cold amulet with 35% mf and resistances OR tal rasha's amulet
Armor - Enigma runeword archon plate armor is the best.
First Set Weapon- First weapon =Perfect 30% cold damage Death Fathom Dimensional Shard(socketed with IST rune) or Occulus Orb (socketed with IST rune) is a low-cost choice
Second Set weapon for switching = at least 4-6-2 call-to-arms runeword ("CTA") flail or crystal sword (battle order must be +6)
Shield - First Set shield = ISTed Stormshield (with Death Fathom or Occulus Orb) and second shield for switching = Lidless Grim shield or Spirit Runeword Shield(with CTA flail or crystal sword)
Belt = Perfect 15% magic find tal rasha's mesh belt(because of the magic find % boostand the +37% damage to mana(so that you don't need to invest a lot of stats points on the energy shield)
Gloves = Up'd frostburn gauntlets or Up'd magefist gloves.
Boots = Perfect 50% MF war traveler battleboots
Ring 1 = One legit Soj
Ring 2 = raven frost ring because of the "cannot be frozen" stats or one nagel ring with perfect 30% mf.
