PROPER USE OF FEEDBACK FOR BUYERS!

According to okay's policies (also known as rules), feedback is reputation of
buyers and sellers and only opposite trading partners that are involved in a
transaction can judge and grade reputation of each other. I'm sure not you or
anyone would disagree with that, those are in fact policies (also known as
rules) of this venue. It is clear to all how buyers use feedback and
DSRs to judge/grade/rate sellers. Buyer have choices of what kind/type of
feedback to give as well how many stars to post in respective categories.
However, according to okay's policies (also known as rules) sellers can ONLY
give POSITIVE FEEDBACK to buyers. That means since according to okay's polices
(also known as rules) feedback is reputation, buyers should only get the only
available POSITIVE FEEDBACK when seller decides that buyer has earned that mark
of having a good reputation. And how exactly do sellers know buyer has
earned that mark of good reputation? Some believe buyers achieve that just by
paying. But everyone knows paying is only buyer's legal obligation. There's a
lot more buyer can do or not do that seller may dislike. So naturally the only
way sellers know buyer is worthy of the only available POSITIVE FEEDBACK that
according to okay's policies (also known as rules) shows buyer indeed has earned
that good reputation is when buyer has done everything to seller's satisfaction
and that of course means buyer followed all okay established rules and
regulations for buyers, paid promptly, gemunicated well and posted positive
feedback and good DSRs to seller that all sellers so desperately need.
Now that you understand that, you can certainly realize that if ALL
sellers would operate according to okay's policies (also known as rules) about
feedback for buyers, and only give the only available POSITIVE FEEDBACK to buyer
when buyers have really earned it, feedback for buyers will not be meaningless
as many now believe it is.
